Welcome to Casa Bahari, a beautiful newly renovated villa just 10 minutes' walk from the best beaches in Marbella. The villa offers the tranquility of being located in front of a pine forest and an impressive outdoor area with a dining area, lounge, a pool with emerald-colored water, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue included.

Those who know Marbella know that the beaches of Marbella, from Los Monteros to Cabopino, have no competition. You can walk to the beach directly from the villa and enjoy delicious meals at the chiringuitos and beach clubs. The villa is perfectly connected to other areas of interest within 16 minutes, such as Puerto Banus or Puente Romano.

Inside, the villa has been renovated and decorated in a modern and organic style that blends with the natural surroundings. It has 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms spread over 3 floors, the first being an independent apartment with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and double sofa bed in the living room. On the upper floors, there are the other 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large modern kitchen fully equipped, a dining room, a living room with a comfortable chaise longue sofa, and a service room with a laundry area and a sofa. All rooms are equipped with AC.

We like to ensure that our guests enjoy the villa and their stay in Marbella to the fullest. For this, we have prepared a guide that we share with our favorite chiringuitos, restaurants, and clubs (both long-standing locals and the most modern and cool ones), things to do with children, as a family or with friends. Additionally, we are always available for other services such as transfers, yacht rentals, home massages, full-fridge service, or babysitting. In the bathrooms, you will find hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a dental kit. To enjoy the pool area, we include towels for all guests.

The villa is equipped with fiber optic internet with coverage in every corner of the house as well as outside, for digital nomads who need to work during their stay or those who want to watch a movie or play music in the garden.

As a bonus, guests can enjoy delicious avocados directly from our large avocado tree in the garden.

RATES

• The price varies according to the season.
• No external guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your reservation is allowed on the property.
• Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood and the silence hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No events, parties, or loud music are allowed in this residence.
• We would appreciate it if you could inform us of your estimated arrival time and flight number if coming by plane, when making an inquiry/reservation.
• Check-in is anytime from 4 to 9 pm (upon request after 9 pm).

PRE-SET DAMAGE COSTS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

- Late check-out not approved after 11:00 a.m.: €100

- Lost keys or damage to the entrance lock: €250 (the complete change of the lock is necessary), if the complete change is not necessary, €125.

- Damage to the key set: €50

- Smoking in the apartment: €200

The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not organizing parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.
